NOOOOOOOOOO!!!! I have answered this question in great detail about 6 months ago. Do an archive search for it. However, here is the short answer. I NEVER put fat in the forehead for 2 reasons:
1. it is too hard to avoid a lumpy look.
2. over a few years time the forehead starts to have weight and can hang over the eyes like a neanderthal.
will this happen all the time? i don't know. i have never done this before. i spoke with a fat transfer surgeon who had been doing it for a few years and started to see these problems so I never incorporated that into my practice.
