even 2 years out, i do not plan on charging you. let me see where you are. if it is just a little bit, then restylane is safer but that would have to be charged. most people continue to improve into the second year but obviously not everyone. if you are in town, make an appt. so that i can see. if you are from out of town, let me see a photo. usually one of two things happens when i see you:
1. you look a thousand times better but both you and i forgot exactly where you started and you need a minor touch up. if it is minor then fat may not be a safe way to go.
2. if you truly lost a lot of fat from years 1 to 2, that is typically due to aging because after a year the fat has blood supply and sticks. however, there are always exceptions and you might just need more fat which is no problem if it did not take as well as you and i had thought.
