Hi Dr. Lam, I forgot to mention that four months before the fat transfer a different doctor put juvederm in somewhat the same "problem area" on each side of my chin, going under my chin to do it, just as this present doctor did. I forgot to remind this doctor of that and it looks even more pronounced than it did with the juvederm. Probably some swelling is part of it and the fact that it is bruised and sore on my jawline; however, I guess I left it to the doctor to put the fat in the way you do and I don't think it is the case. generally, i do not like to comment on another doctor's work this early on. you really should ask your doctor. you might want to dissolve the juvederm at some point but i don't want to make any specific recommendations about that either. i just want to be careful when giving commentary about a situation that falls in the immediate post-surgical time period.
