Hi again Dr. Lam. I wish I had gone to you. Thank you for your candid response. I just want to know, from your experience,if the fat transfer continues to take shape and change, or if I see that my face seems heavier in the chin area and not the cheek area, can you add additional fat after the initial procedure, and how long should I wait before coming to see you in order to have this done. You, obviously know where to place fat in order to get the best and most natural look, along with maintaining the basic integrity of a person's face. I opted for cheaper instead of right. Right now, although it now is only 5 days out, I can see that my face looks longer and more square than triangle and natural. You seem not only the best to achieve the results people are looking for, but also a kind person as well. I am going to talk to this particular physician on Wednesday for a follow-up; they save fat for additional procedures, or touch=ups, according to them. I just want to tell her where I think additional fat should be placed; I am not a physician, I know, but trying to use common sense to show where it looks gaunt. Anyway, thank you for your understanding. IT would be good for physicians to go to your seminars and learn what to place where. If you have any ideas, I would carefully and tactfully use them. Thank you again
