I had dermal fat graft to both lips from my stomach/bikini line area a few years ago and am wondering if I can have a lips reduction. My lips do not look very big. But they look big to me because I had thin lips to begin with. My lips to me stick out and I have less teeth show. It also seemed to stretch my mouth. I can either feel the graft or scar tissue inside my mouth but not on the outside. Thank You
yes, sure. i do lip reductions to fix fat grafts all the time. s.
