1. the butt is not great in most people. i use it only as a spare. the belly is usually fantastic and the belly/thighs are the most common area for me to harvest. when someone is really thin, i have oftentimes got to go to several locations like belly, butt, lower back, and thighs.
2. yes, i can perform it at the same time as a chin implant. i have done that before. (there is a video journey of a nice gentleman in whom i did a fat transfer, blepharoplasty, chin implant, and facelift).
3. jowls are improved the most with a facelift and a fat transfer. okay with a fat transfer for smaller jowls, and a little less impressive with a chin implant. pretty good with both a chin implant and fat transfer together.
