"all celebrities have some sort of plastic surgeries to look beautiful"
I think the term "all" is overstated. There are a lot of naturally beautiful people who need nothing. However, we all get older and may need some Botox and other small treatments. Being in front of the camera will encourage celebrities to have procedures to maintain themselves. That is as far as I can state reasonably.
"plastic surgery is the open secret for beauty for artists"
No idea what that means.
"many korean actresses go under the knife for beauty"
I know that Korea is a hotbed for plastic surgery (as I trained there myself) so I am sure that many Korean actresses have had some cosmetic work done. However, I would have no concrete knowledge of what percentage. That would be useless conjecture on my part.
