Dr. Lam is truly amazing, in every way. I went to visit Dr. Lam for my acne scarring. Dr. Lam explained that due to the size of my scarring and the type I have, silicone would not work and he suggested a TCA Cross treatment. He thoroughly explained to me and my husband the details of the treatment, etc. He has such amazing work ethic, he made us feel so comfortable and safe and he is funny too!!! I never felt so well treated by a dr. in my life. His staff is absolutely the most hospitable, warm staff on the planet. They even gave us some delicious cheesecake (thank you!!). I seriously think Dr. Lam is special, he is not just a doctor, he is a healer. He has good intuition and knows what his patients do and do not need, he is doing remarkable things (his blog, his books, etc.) and his work ethic and morale are very admirable. If there were more people like Dr. Lam and his wonderful staff in this world, we would be living in a utopia!
