1. yes, you can get restylane first but in general not a good idea for two reasons. it does create a little bit of scar tissue in there that i don't like. also, it stays like 1 to 3 years so you never know when it is gone. you can dissolve it but then that causes more trauma to the area. going to someone that does a conservative but beautiful procedure (not too high) is the key. also, fillers in a nose do not accurately give you an impression per se of an implant because sometimes the increase in size of the bridge can make the tip look shorter due to a relative size imbalance. again, doing this with someone with a good eye not to create that problem is important so you do not get a misinterpretation of the result. in general, a little restylane done one time would probably be ok.
2. yes, in many cases you can derotate or bring a nose tip down but i would have to see you to make that determination. fixing asymmetric nostrils is virtually impossible. you can never get it just right and it is not worth trying. that would be a big mistake.
