Hi Dr. Lam,
I came to you in 2006 to have my lips enhanced. I later had a dermal fat grafting to my upper and lower lips in the city where I lived about two years later, because I still wanted my lips larger. Now, I am wishing I hadn't done it. I am happy with the bottom lip, but the top lip is a little too large. You can barely see my teeth (and I happen to love my teeth

), and I feel that it just looks funny. I was wondering if this type of reduction requires surgery, or can it be done under local? I would like to send you a before and after pic to an email address if possible. You probably also have my pictures from when I was a patient there. I have a slight bit of asymmetry, but it was there before the surgery. Basically, the doctor took a strip of fat from above the pubic area, cut my lips in the corners, and placed the strips in that way. Please let me know how hard/easy this is to fix, and let me know where I can send the pictures. Thank you so much! I wish I had never done the surgery, and instead just flew back to Dallas to see you! Convenience is not always the best option!
