I was looking into getting a filler for my nose bridge as it is none existent. I wanted to see how this would look before I commit to another nose job. Also, what filler do you use and how long does it last. I am sending you a pic. Thanks!

as i said in your PM, i don't like to do fillers if someone is contemplating rhinoplasty. it disturbs tissue planes and can compromise blood supply for a rhinoplasty. in general i use restylane that is reversible for someone who might consider rhinoplasty but most likely won't. as said, i prefer nothing for someone truly contemplating rhinoplasty. and someone who has either had a rhinoplasty that needs a bridge correction and/or will never have a rhinoplasty, i consider silicone microdroplets if the bridge is the only issue.

can you describe the silicone droplets in more detail? i have never heard of them before. how does it compare to the traditional fillers in terms of duration and cost, and aesthetics? i have a flat area in the middle of my nose bridge that creates an unwanted fullness to my nose. I would like to add height there to narrow out the overall appearance. this brings me to my next question: how far down the nose can you add the filler effectively? i know most people go for the area between the eyes, but i am interested in filling the area in the mid lower portion of my nose, just below the actual bone (i think--doesn't the bone end about mid nose?) can you add filler to cartilage?

is it possible to do restylane as a tester before committing to silicone? how much more expensive is silicone generally?

yes, you can do restylane first. it tends to last a long time in the nose. silicone can either be only slightly more expensive or considerably more expensive depending on how much you need, i.e., how many times you need to do it. clearly the benefit is that it is permanent.

i think silicon bridge filler is good for you its silicon droplet used from various way. how about you.
