hi,
somehow i am only seeing the photo of the left ear but maybe because i am on my ipad. i am lecturing so just traveling with this thing and don't have other ways to view your photos. it is very hard for me to give you proper advice without seeing you in person. that being said, it really depends on how much it bothers you. at least for the ear i see, i could pin the upper portion back and possibly perform a cup reduction. however, the degree of bending back in the central pole may make a cup correction have visible cartilage edges. i am sorry that i cannot mention anything further. somehow should really see you in person to give you a better idea.
best,
sml
