Hello Dr. Lam, hope your having a great day! My questions: 1. Can the silicone migrate after you have the injections if someone was to push and rub on the injection sites, say if you were getting a facial massage a couple of days after being injected? 2. If it can migrate how easy, would it take alot of force? and how would you be able to tell if it did migrate anyways? 3. Are there any aftercare instructions?

because silicone is a microdroplet technique with little placed each time i would say that it should not move. however, just not to irritate the area i would wait at least a week after to do any facials, etc. there is no aftercare following silicone. hope that helps.

Thanks for the fast reply Dr. Lam, it does help alot... So even if someone were to press on the area of your face where the injections were made it would not move? Does it take alot of pressure to move the silicone? If it did migrate it would just cause a lump correct, not some huge deformity?

the silicone is not moving with the microdroplet technique.
